What should I write about?

We look for quality content that will assist our readers in their journey to a healthy, balanced and happy lifestyle. Some suggested topics maybe:

- Inspirational or success stories
- Movement or mobility
- Pain management
- Paleo recipes
- Only english is accepted.
- Artciles or recipes must be original and written or created by you.
- All submissions will be screened for breach of copyright.
- If submitting a recipe, please look at our existing published recipes to ensure all the information is supplied (e.g. Serving size, time, ingredients etc). We reserve the right to format submitted article to match the look and feel of our blog.
- Submit your post with an image. Where feasible, image size should be 636 x 477px. Alternatively supply a large image size and we'll rescale to the necessary dimension.
