My product arrived damaged
- First of all, O.M.G! How embaressing and so sorry for the inconvenience.
- Take a few photos of the damaged item clearly showing the issue.
- Send the photos to [email protected] along with your original order number and a quick description of the issue.
- Once we receive your email (with the photos) we will assess the issue and contact you to sort it out.
