Returns

Can I return an order if I've changed my mind?

Of course you can, and we make it super easy too! Find out how, here.

*PLEASE NOTE: For health and hygiene reasons there is no refund or exchanges on Food and Mobility & Reb products.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using "registered" post to ensure you can track the parcel. Wodnut cannott be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Exchanges

How do I exchange an order?

All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a returned item. Place and pay for a new order online and send your original order back to us (as above) for a refund.

Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us before your order ships and we'll cancel your order. Please note that orders ship fast so you'll need to be quick.

Shipping

Can I pick up my order?

No, unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer this service.

How much is shipping?

At check out enter your suburb and postcode to receive a shipping estimate

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped between 1-2 business days. In most instances if received before 1pm it should be shipped the same day.

Do you ship to a PO Box Address?

Yes, however this is a Premium service made only via Startrack Couriers. We strongly recommend using a physical address unless this is your only option as you will need to pay Premium prices. Free shipping service will not be applicable to PO Box addresses.

Can I track my order?

Yes, You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we can ship to anywhere in the world using Australia Post. Just enter your destination in the checkout form to obtain a shipping quote.

Ordering

Do you have a physical store?

No. At this point in time we choose to be a 100% online. This enables us to offer an online experience like no one else. 

What currency are your prices in?

Australian Dollars (AUD).

Will tax be added to my order?

All prices listed include 10% GST so you will not pay more than the advertised price. If your order ships outside of Australia we will remove the 10% GST from the advertised price. 

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website is secured via industry standard SSL.

Can I order over the phone?

In order to give you better prices we only offer online ordering. If you're having a problem ordering online, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. Please do not pay via PayPal eCheque as this slows the order process by 5 days. Standard PayPal payments are immediate. At this point in time we do not support Amex payments.

What happens if there's a problem with the products when they arrive?

Please just send us an email and we'll sort it out for you. If we're at fault we'll pay all shipping costs and will make everything ok.

Privacy

How safe is my personal information?

Your personal details are very safe with us. We promise to never sell or share your information with anyone else and we don't store or record your credit card details. Here's our full Privacy Policy.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not store credit card information. We don't even get to see your credit card details if you place your order over the internet.

Do you see my credit card information?

Nope. It goes straight to our payment processor and is not stored or viewed by us.

Fit

What if the product doesn't fit correctly?

You can always use our returns & exchange policy to return or exchange any item that doesn't fit.

Gift Wrapping

Do you offer free Gift Wrapping service?

During some festive seasons such as Christmas, free gift wrapping service is offered. When the option is available it will be displayed during check out. Unfortunately due to odd sizes of some products, not all products can be wrapped. We will however do I best when this option is selected. In the circumstance wrapping cannot be made, an email advice would be sent. We do our best to make life convenient for you however in some instances it may not be logistically feasible. eg. Products that require bubble wrap protection during transportation will be cumbersome to gift wrap. Note: All items within an order are wrapped as a bundle and not individually.
