Once an order is received, we will ship your goods within 24-48 hours. Generally this means the next business day. In the unlikely instance an issue arises we will try to contact you within 24-48 hours with a proposed solution. This can either be by phone or email. If the initial contact attempt goes unanswered, we will attempt two more times within the next 7 days (from the original order date). If the remaining attempts still goes unanswered, then the order will be shipped with the available items and the customer will receive a refund on the product that could not be fulfilled. Do we attempt to keep our stock management and inventory as accurate as possible so hopefully the above situation will never occur.
