Our Return Policy

You can easily return or exchange anything you purchase from Wodnut, for any reason, within 30 days from purchase date.

Before you return the item(s) please check that the item(s) you are returning are:

  1. In perfect brand new condition.
  2. Have hang tags and original packaging intact.
  3. Is NOT a Food or Mobility & Rehab product. For health and hygiene reasons we will not to accept returns on these products.

We don't accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. For a couple of extra dollars we recommend that you purchase the Registered Australia Post option so if your package goes missing you can track it down. (As you are the sender we do not have the authority to track down the parcel). If you choose not to insure, Wodnut will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

How To Exchange Items

3 easy steps to exchange items:

  1. Place and pay for a new order on the website to ensure you secure the size/items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold out.  We also then ship it out to you immediately. Please note this is considered a separate purchase where you will be charged for this order.
  2. Securely package up the item you would like to exchange.  Include the shipping note that arrived with the goods.  
  3. Take it to the post office, for a couple of extra dollars we recommend getting the 'registered post' option at the post office. This is so that if your package goes missing you can track it down with registered post. (As you are the sender we do not have the authority to track down the parcel). If you choose not to ensure Wodnut will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that the parcel is no heavier than 22kg and no longer than 105cm in an one dimension.   4. When your exchange arrives in our warehouse we will send you an email to notify that we have received it. A refund would then be processed within 48 business hours of receiving it. An email confirmation will be sent to let you know. Your funds won't show up on your statement until 3-4 business days.

How To Return An Order
